This policy explains what information 24x7 Developers ("we", "us") collects through 24x7developers.tech and through the services we provide to businesses, and how we use and protect it.

Information you send us

When you email us or use the review form on this site, the form opens your own email app and nothing is sent until you press send. We receive what you choose to include, such as your name, business name, website, email address and message. We use it only to reply to you and provide what you asked for.

Information we handle for the businesses we work with

When we set up missed-call text back, booking, reminders or review requests for a business, we process phone numbers, names, appointment times and messages on that business's behalf, only to deliver those services. The business decides who it communicates with; we act as its service provider.

• We only text people who have called the business, booked with it, or otherwise asked to hear from it.
• We do not include health, treatment or financial details in text messages.
• Anyone can stop texts at any time by replying STOP. See our SMS terms.

Mobile information is never shared for marketing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the carriers and messaging providers needed to deliver the messages.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run our services, such as hosting, email, and SMS delivery providers. They process data only on our instructions and only to provide their service. This website loads some images from Unsplash's image service, which receives your IP address when your browser requests them.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as needed to provide our services or meet legal obligations, and delete it when a business stops working with us or asks us to.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or stop receiving messages at any time. Email steve@24x7developers.tech. If you received texts from a business we work with, you can also contact that business directly.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
